Fairyland

Upon the soft, wavy clouds

Floats the glaring round

This fairyland

Where only

Mythical creatures live

I find it too cold

I find it too lonely

Where I do not want to reside

I love my world

Where mankind exists

I love to feel human

I love to be with people

Despite sicknesses

Despite human frailties

Despite sorrow

Despite pain

Despite death…

We humans

Are of flesh and blood

We have empathy

We have love

We have passions

We have hope

We have joy

We have our ways of

Solving problems

We have space to improve

To live a full life

Is my desire

To live forever
