A piece of very disappointing news came which changed our travelling plans to France. This trip is a reunion with our family and the welcoming of our second grandchild. Woke up in an unhappy mood, wanting to do nothing, so watched some Youtube musical videos, danced for a while, one of my favourite past times, to be followed in writing what’s on my mind. All these help. My mood is uplifted and I can do some reading. Then my husband got up and I have company, I feel much better; so if anyone has similar situations, go find a companion, ring up a friend and/or relative - someone who understands and cares.


This is a good trial for me to see how well I can handle difficult times, so far so good.


三月十七日,我很失望我們法國之行因為疫症封關之下要改變了。這次遠行是為了我自己一家團聚和歡迎我第二個孫兒的來臨。今早我起床時是很不快樂的,甚麼也不想做了。我便上網去看一些音樂片,跳了一回舞。這些都是我喜愛的消閑節目,跟着我便寫下我想念的事情,這些活動對我是有幫助的。我的情緒好了很多,可以專心去睇下書。跟著我丈夫也起床了,又可以陪下我,令我感覺到好多了。所以如果有人像我一樣,有甚麼不快樂的念頭,那麼您可以去找人陪下您,或者和關心您的人講下電話。這件事情對我來說,是一個很好的試驗,看看我怎樣去把控困擾的時刻。哈哈,看來可以,並無問題。
